A HEALING JOURNEY

During my two stays in Brazil, in 2023 and 2024, I had the opportunity to start a new path with photography, using it as a tool for self-knowledge. Accompanied by my mentor Danny Bitencourt and my therapist Paula Baccelli, I began a process of investigating the origin of my emotional wounds, translating sensations, feelings and memories into images. The first project that emerged was “It's Not Loved”, inspired also by the sudie group guided with Irmina Walzak. A healing journey project is ther outcome from a search for a healing process. How do I regenerate, who am I emboding integrity, how does my soul express itself in free expansion?

This process caused a great personal movement within me, and as all internal movement is also expressed externally, in me it arises also through the movement of the body, although of course also in my personal life. I made the first images while I was in the process of searching for the identity of a healthy psyche. The video was made the day I had the feeling that what I understood about the origin of my wounds. Although this path was sad and painful, at the same time it was liberator and it brought a lot of lightness to my being.
