In 2021, I launched a personal project titled The Art of Living, which explores the creative processes of artists and artisans in Formentera, Balearic Islands. One of the featured artists is Simona Colzi, a talented textile artist who uses the natural movement of silky fabrics in the wind as an inspiration for her unique dyeing technique. She creates exquisite silk dresses and kimonos, drawing from the beauty of natural elements and botanical impregnation. This project highlights the deep connection between art, nature, and craftsmanship in the heart of Formentera.

In late 2020, I began a project titled The Art of Living, which explores the creative processes of artists and artisans on the island of Formentera, in the Mediterranean. One of the artisans featured is Ekki Hoffmann, a musician and owner of Formentera-Guitars, a workshop specializing in handcrafted electric guitars. Ekki offers custom-built guitars and leads three-week workshops where participants can create their own guitars. This photograph captures a moment from one of these workshops, showcasing the detailed craftsmanship of making electric guitars from wood in an artisanal setting.
